Meg is a Fat Loser

My weight is (okay this is hard for me to tell all you skinny ones) 176...[pause] (phew, nothing exploded or anything)

My Goals

  • lose 20 to 25lbs.
  • drink more water
  • drink only 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day
  • eat 5 fruit and veg a day
  • exercise a minimum of 3 times week
  • stop eating a 11pm or later
